Will You Make These Mistakes Designing Your Conference Room?
If you are not an expert, chances are you will make one or more of several common mistakes Do-It-Yourselfers frequently make when designing their conference room. The problem is, these will cost you money, time, function, or all three.
For the sake of speed, I’m going to assume meetings are an important part of your business, if not, it should be. It is where insiders and outsiders come together to solve issues, make future plans and refine current ones. To do that well, the furniture must support the intended purpose. Here are some important ones to consider: support of all attendees, fit the space, scale to the space, fit the entrances, materials appropriate to use, appropriate technology to the meetings, quality to support the company’s talk and color and style that reflects the company image.
While ready-made conference tables might check a couple of these boxes, there is no way anyone has planned in advance the perfect solution for “your” business.
For that reason, 90 Degree Office Concepts has created a business model that allows us to design your conference room around your business, rather than a cookie cutter that works in part for everyone.
Getting to What’s Next
At 90 DOC, we create furniture just for you. We do not use the shotgun approach to conference room furniture design, it is only about your needs and what will make you shine. With this in mind, we have designed for you the Salinas Modern Conference Table.
Product Overview
The Salinas Modern Conference Table was designed to offer you a visually unique experience in conference table design. Beginning from the base up, we have designed two opposing angular bases with inset detail on its sides. The top has two reversed knife edge tops with a contrasting color/material sandwiched between. As with all our furniture, we can build your table from entry-level laminate or upgrade to the most exotic surface materials. Whatever your company’s calling, we would like to work with you to create it.
Size flexibility. You can get the Salinas Modern Conference Table as small as 48" x 96" with two bases, or it can be converted to conform to larger-sized meetings. Tell your design consultant what you have in mind or ask for help to create your ideal vision.
