Plan Your Conference Room to Suit Your Business

There is an art to positioning furniture in your conference room. It’s one of the most important components of your room’s design. If you give your plan some thought and experiment a little, you can usually make it work just fine.
Conference rooms are generally large. The furniture is big, and requires special care.
There may be a lot of items you want to fit into your room, but keep it simple, and work only with the tools you really need to have effective meetings.
Think through the functions of your meetings before you decide on your furniture.
Measure your big pieces, put them in place, and allow a comfortable walk space.
Position your big pieces first; this will normally be your conference table and credenza. Then proceed to your smaller pieces.
Try experimenting with different sizes, shapes, and positions.
